SIA "Kurzemes Gaļsaimnieks" has been producing meat products since 1997 in Paplaka, Kurzeme, Latvia. Our facility - slaughterhouse and processing in one 9,000 m² complex - and a range of more than 120 products allow us to offer private label production to our partners: from recipe development to a finished, labelled product.
What we offer
- Product groups - fresh meat, sausages and frankfurters, smoked products, marinated meat, ready-to-eat and quick-to-cook products.
- Recipe - according to your recipe or developed by our technologists specifically for your market.
- Packaging and labelling - in your design, compliant with EU requirements, in several languages.
- Quality - our facility is certified to BRC Global Standard Food Safety and ISO 50001:2018; organic production is possible (LV-BIO-01).
- Volumes - from test batches to regular deliveries. Our products are sold in more than 3,000 stores in Latvia and exported abroad.

Our technologists develop the recipe, we prepare samples for tasting and a price offer for the chosen volume.
